The Best Rib Recipe Ever! And its Easy!!!

Are you ready for the quickest, best rib recipe ever?! Here it is… and guess how you are going to cook them… wait for it……. IN THE CROCK POT!!

Here’s what you need:

099

*3lbs of baby back ribs, trimmed

*1/2 cup of water

*1/2 onion

*1/2 green pepper

(I cheated and used pre-cut onions and peppers because we ran out of our freezer stash from our garden, and I knew I would be in a rush the day I made these, sometimes its worth paying for convenience once in a while!)

*Garlic powder or fresh garlic, which ever you have on hand. I used garlic powder this time.

*1 bottle of BBQ sauce, I prefer Sweet Baby Rays for this recipe.

Step 1: Pour the water into the crock pot

Step 2: Season ribs with salt and pepper and then throw them in the crock pot

Step 3: Add onions and peppers

Step 4: Sprinkle the garlic, to taste, I use a decent amount, but I don’t measure, sorry so use more if you tend to like garlic or keep it light if you’re not a huge garlic fan.

Cook on high for 5-6 hours (or low for 8 hours)

Once the ribs are cooked, Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

Step 5: Put the ribs onto a baking sheet (I covered it with tin foil first for easy clean up) and coat the ribs with BBQ sauce.

200

Step 6: Bake in oven for about 15 mins, or until the sauce looks caramelized and sticks to the meat.

Step 7: ENJOY!!!! These were so delicious my kids and husband dove into them before I was even able to get a final picture, but I assure you, they looked and tasted amazing!!! They literally fall off the bone!!!

XO ♥Nicole
