Welcome to our new site!

Hello, Friends!

Welcome to the new site, and the brand new name, Mommy’s Front Porch View! I am sooo excited to have you here with me today, checking things out! This has been a huge transition for me, and I have had the honor of working with Stephanie Powers, from Powersful Studio for this transition and what an incredible person she is! She made this go from super stressful to super exciting. And here we are! Launching the new site and the new name! I can hardly believe the day is finally here! So thank you for taking the time to check it out!

What you can expect:

Mommy’s Front Porch View will have all the old content here from Mommy Talk, so don’t worry, your favorite posts are still here! I know some of you were wondering about that. Also what I will be writing about will remain the same as well. I have missed writing for you all so much this past month and am looking forward to jumping right back into it!

Also, with this new site, I plan to do more reviews and giveaways, which will include some great products for you, my readers! So stay tuned!

In addition to new articles, reviews, giveaways, I will also be including Guest Posts. Every few weeks or so I plan to have another writer come on and write an article for Mommy’s Front Porch View, in order to get a few different perspectives on here. I have asked them to keep their articles relevant to what we talk about here, and hope that you enjoy the switch up every now and then! 🙂

Lastly, and one of the most exciting pieces I am adding is my Etsy shop! I have begun making invitations and cards and have added a link right from my blog to my shop on Etsy! I will be adding an actual shop here on my blog as well, but for time saving purposes I will just have the link to Etsy for now. I can do any sort of invitation (Birthday, Baby shower, Bridal shower, Graduation, Baptismal) and any sort of Card (Christmas, Holiday, Birth Announcements, Valentines Day, Bachelorette, Thanksgiving, Halloween, St. Patricks Day, Easter) and more! I am just starting so I do not have demos for each event yet up on Etsy, but I am working hard every day to add more. In the mean time I can make anything you need at any time, just ask! I also can do pretty much any theme or character that you may be looking for. Just press the “Request Custom Order” button on my etsy shop, or email me and we can go from there. Most of my invitations are digital, which means you can order the digital format (custom to your details) and then I will email you the JPG version of your invitation or card, and then you can print out your own invitation at a local print shop to save on cost (if you don’t have a small print shop near you, Walmart and Office Depot offer good quality prints for low costs).  If you want the invitations to be printed out for you, I can do that too, just at additional costs. Again just push the “Custom Order Request” form. I do ship out of state. So check out my shop today!

I would love to hear some feedback about the new site, the new name and the few changes that will be occurring here at Mommy’s Front Porch View (which I will also be referring to as MFPV).
